I'm trying to incorporate more unique pieces to break up that big box look. I'm so glad you mentioned that vintage is eco-friendly! It is such a great affordable option, and hey, if you can reuse something instead of buying new, then shouldn't you? It just makes everything look so clean and bright. My tip is to talk to friends and family about doing some exchanges. I've found that people often have extra pieces of furniture or decor items that they'd love to pass on to a new home or exchange for things you have (either permanently or just for awhile for a change of pace).
